Why is my listing offline?

Your listing may be offline for different reasons. Before contacting our team, please check the following information:

❌ Your listing is online and hasn’t been archived.
If it has been archived, you can publish it again at any time in the ‘Listing’ > ‘Archived’ section of your Back Office. All you have to do is click on ‘Publish offer’.

🔢 Your listing has a stock higher than 0.
If your listing has no stock, it will be automatically deactivated.

📜 Your listing has a price, a comment and has free shipping option.
This must be applied to all countries where you want to sell.

✅ Your product is authorized for sale and is not blocklisted.

📶 Your shop has been activated and is online.
Please also make sure that your daily sales limit has not been reached. If this is the case, and have any questions about it, please contact your Account Manager.

💲 Your selling price is neither too high nor too low.
In fact, your selling price cannot be higher than the price new of the product. Likewise, if your selling price is 85% lower than the new price of the product, your listing will be deactivated. 💡 Once a new listing is created, it must be validated by our team.
